The main kitchen is equipped for catering to groups of up to 70 people.
Crockery:plates; side plates; mugs; bowls.
Cutlery: knives;forks;spoons and never enough teaspoons!
4 plate oven; wood stove; microwave; urn.2 ring gas burner.
toaster and kettle.
Fridge/ freezer.
2 sinks, 2 stainless steel tables.
Recycling: we recycle and have separate bins for: glass/tins; compost; paper/cardboard.
Kitchenettes:
There are two kitchenettes, these service the small rooms on each floor.
Each kitchenette has two plate stove and mini oven,microwave,fridge,kettle and toaster.
